摘要
通过多年来开展心理咨询工作的实践 ,针对高校如何开展心理健康教育 ,提出了构建课堂教育、心理咨询、学生自助三位一体的高校心理健康教育模式的理论。课堂教育是基础 ,心理咨询是主体 ,学生自助是补充 ,这样的构架有利于部门和领导力量的介入 ,有利于教师主体作用的发挥 。
After the years ,practice of psychological advice, The author puts forward the theory of setting up the model for psychological education which covers lectures in classrooms, psychological consultations and students' self-service. Lectures in the classroom are the Basis while psychological consultations is the main part with students' self-service as the supplement. The frame work of the above three parts is favorable to the integration of various forces, to the major role of the teachers and also to the over all quality of the students, This frame work promotes a better psychological health environment of multi-channel, diversified level and all-round development in the universities and colleges, therefore it is of much practical significance.
