摘要
管理模拟教学作为参与式教学法的一种在西方发达国家已得到广泛的应用 ,而在我国仍处于探索和发展阶段。研究和探讨管理模拟教学的特点、教学方式、教学过程以及实施管理模拟教学的作用及应用前景 ,对改进管理学科的教学方法和模式 。
Business Simulation Teaching,one kind of Engaged learning techniques,has got extensively application in the advanced country in west, but it is still explored and developed in our country.It has important meaning to study and discuss the characteristic,teaching method,teaching course of Business Simulation Teaching in improving the teaching method and model and the raising the student management character.
