摘要
研究了 6 5 0 nm半导体激光对人与猪血管的透射特性。结果表明 :在单次散射的情况下 ,猪静脉内膜、中膜和外膜的平均全衰减系数分别为 95 .7、136 .4和 12 2 .5 ;猪动脉内膜、中膜和外膜的平均全衰减系数分别为 12 6 .7、137.4和 10 7.6 ;人的股动脉血管与猪心脏的静脉、动脉血管的透射率相近 ,约为 0 .3左右 ;短时间福尔马林浸泡对血管透射率的影响不大 ;就血管整体而言 ,当血管厚度为 0 .5 mm和 2 mm时 ,透射率分别为 0 .19与 0 .
Transmission properties of 650 nm LD in blood vessels of pigs and human are researched.In single scattering,the average total attenuation coefficients of the intima,media and adventitia of porcine rein are 95.7,136.4 and 122.5;the average total attenuation coefficients of intima,media and adventitia of porcine artery are 126.7,137.4 and 107.6;the transmissivity of human femoral blood vessels is about 0.3,which is similar to that of porcine heart venous or porcien arterial blood vessels.The influence to the transmissivity caused by marinating with formalin for a short period is little.As for the total blood vessel,the transmissivities are 0.19 and 0.12 when the thicknesses of the vessels are 0.5 mm and 2 mm.
