红外热像的初始化诊断法

Initialization Diagnostic for IR Image

简述通常采用的热平衡后摄取红外热像进行故障诊断所带来的问题和针对该问题所作的试验 ,试验结果表明初始化诊断法可以有效地抑制通过热传导、热辐射、热对流方式对被测元器件相互间的影响 ,从而使诊断准确、迅速。

Some issues about the use of heat balance in taking IR image for Fault diagnosis process are briefly discussed, and through experiment it is found that initialization diagnostic can effectivaly reduce the heat exchange,eradiate and convection influence between the testing component,therefore the diagnosis process more accurate and efficient are made.
