摘要
为提高高重频大功率Nd∶YAG激光器的可靠性 ,在激光器的结构、聚光腔、Q开关等方面进行优化设计 ,使得激光器在光束质量及可靠性等方面有了很大的提高 ,并可满足恶劣环境的使用要求。
The optimal design of the structure, pump cavity and Q switch of high repetition rate and high power Nd∶YAG laser are introdnced. It improved beam quality and reliability of laser. At the same time, it also met the need of the requirement in bad situation.
