Two Methods for Priorities of Hybrid Judgement Matrix

定义了两个新概念———混合判断矩阵和完全一致性混合判断矩阵。针对决策中专家给出的判断信息———混合判断矩阵 ,基于互反判断信息和互补判断信息的转换公式 ,提出了两种求解混合判断矩阵排序向量的简便方法 ,然后把它们进一步推广到群体决策的情形 ,并应用于决策方案的排序和择优。

This paper gives the concepts of hybrid judgement matrix and perfectly consistent hybrid judgement matrix. By using the transfer formulas of reciprocal and complementary judgement matrices, the paper presents two simple methods for priorities of hybrid judgement matrices and then applies them to group decision-making. Furthermore, the methods are used to rank the given alternatives and select the most desirable one(s). Finally, the paper gives a numerical example to show the effectiveness and practicality of the developed methods.
