摘要
高校招生就业制度改革的深化 ,推进了招生、就业市场的迅速形成 ,优胜劣汰的竞争机制和市场调配资源的基础性作用越来越明显。由于相关配套政策尚不健全 ,各市场主体行为多样化 ,主观性强 ,从政策导向、市场趋向和工作取向三方面进行探索 ,试图寻求既顺应市场规则 ,又符合当前高校人才选拔、培养。
This paper probes into the aspects of policy guidance, market trend and job orientation in order to find ways which not only follow market rules but also are suited for the actual practice of selecting, training and employing talented personnel.
