cDNA Library Construction from Few Cells

不同组织、不同发育阶段的 c DNA文库可看作是表达基因的文库。从微量甚至单个细胞中构建 c DNA文库 ,为解决分化系统的异质性和基因表达模式分析需要大量充分纯化的细胞之间这一矛盾提供了一条途径。本文就近年来国内外用少量细胞构建 c DNA文库的各种方法、特点及其如何改进等作一简要介绍。

cDNA library can be regarded as expression gene library in different tissues and at different developing stages. cDNA library construction from few cells, even a single cell can resolve the challenging problem of dealing with the conflict between the heterogeneity of differential systems and the need for a great amount of purified cells in gene expression pattern analysis. Some methods, their characters and improvement are briefly introducedin the paper.
