摘要
目的 探讨 CD4 4 v6 与胆囊癌发生及胆囊癌恶性生物学行为的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学法研究 CD4 4 v6 在2 9例胆囊癌、16例胆囊腺瘤及 8例正常胆囊组织中的表达。结果 CD4 4 v6 在正常胆囊组强保未见表达 ,胆囊癌与胆囊腺瘤中的表达率分别为 6 2 .1%和 19% ,CD4 4 v6 的表达与胆囊癌淋巴结转移相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,未分化及低分化胆囊癌 CD4 4 v6 的表达率显著高于高分化胆囊癌 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 CD4 4 v6 参与胆囊癌的发生、发展。
Objective To evaluate the expression of CD44 v6 in gallbladder carcinoma and its relation to the tumor oncogenesis and malignant biological behavior.Methods SABC immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD44 v6 in gallbladder carcioma and gallbladder adenoma as well as nomal gallbladder tissue.Results The CD44 v6 positive staining were not detected in nomal gallbladder tissue,the positive rates in gallbladder carcinoma and adenoma were 62.1% and 19%,respectively.The expression of CD44 v6 was related to tumor lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).The positive rates of CD44 v6 were significantly higher in cases of poorly or undifferentiation than that of well differention(P<0.05).Conclusion CD44 v6 is involved in the oncogenesis and development of gallbladder carcinoma.
