摘要
目的 胆囊结石与胆囊癌的发病关系。方法 回顾 14年我院收治 6 0 0 0例胆囊结石并发 4 3例胆囊癌 ,此 4 3例具有结石病史长、结石大并多次发作胆囊炎症。病理见胆囊上皮增生合并癌变。结果 胆囊结石对胆囊长时间刺激是致癌因素之一。结论 为了早期诊断、早期治疗以及预防胆囊癌 。
Objective To study the relationship between cholecystolithiasis and carcinoma of gallblabber.Methods 6000 cases with cholecystolithiasis have been retrospectively analysed for 14 years.Out of them,43 cases with carcinoma of gallbladder have supervened.Their characters were to suffer from cholecystitis time and again.Hyperplasia of galldladder epithelium can be found in pathology.Results It is one of carcinogenic factors that the stones in the gallbadder stimulates to the gallbladder in long-time.Conclusion In order to early diagnose and treat patients with carcinoma of gallbladder,some of patients with cholecystolithiasis,who were selected by doctor,shoud be performed cholecystectomy for prevention
