凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin在肝癌中的表达和意义

EXPRESSION AND IMPLICATION OF INHIBITOR APOPTOSIS PROTEIN OF SURVIVIN IN HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA

目的 检测肝细胞癌中凋亡抑制蛋白 Survivin的表达 ,并探讨其在肝细胞癌发生发展中的作用。方法 采用免疫组织化学技术和蛋白印迹技术 ,研究 38例肝癌标本和 10例肝硬化标本中 Survivin蛋白的表达。结果 38例肝癌标本中 2 3例表达 Survivin蛋白 ,其中 16例高、中分化肝癌 ,9例表达 Survivin,2 2例低分化肝癌组织 14例表达 Survivin蛋白 ,而在癌周非癌组织和肝硬化组织中未检测到 Survivin的表达。结论 Survivin在肝癌中高度表达可能与肝癌的发生发展有关 。

Objective To investigate the expression of inhibitor apoptosis protein of survivin,and determine the role in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The expression of survivin was detected by immunhischemistry and Western blot.38 cases HCC and 10 cases cirrhosis specimen were examined.Results 23 cases of HCC express survivin.9 out of 16 cases of middle to well differentiated HCC were detected survivin expression,14 out of 22 cases with poorly differentiated HCC were found survivin expression.Survivin was not detected in non cancerous adjacent liver tissues and cirrhosis tissue.Conclusion A high expression of survivin in HCC suggests that it play an important role in the origin and development of HCC,but the relationship with prognosis is not still clear.
