军训伤的干预措施评价

EVALUATION OF THE INTERVENED MEASURES FOR MILITARY TRAINING INJURIES

目的 :评价综合预防措施在军训伤预防中的作用。方法 :将部队按编制随机分为干预组 (16 13人 )和对照组 (15 5 9人 ) ,由军医按统一诊断标准定期筛检伤员 ,并收集周训练日志。干预措施为 :(1)开训后第 1个月不安排 5km跑 ,跑步距离从 1km、2km、3km逐渐增加 ;从第 2个月起 ,每周 5km跑限制在 3次以内 ,隔日进行。 (2 )现场培训班排骨干。 (3)开展心理咨询和心理疏导。 (4)进行军训伤防治知识教育。结果 :基础训练结束之后 ,干预组军训伤的发生率为17.2 % ,较对照组 (30 .3% )下降了 4 3.2 % ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。陆军、海军和空军干预组分别较对照组下降了 31.3%、5 9.6 %和 38.4 % ,均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。对照分队 5km跑累积距离为 14 5km ,军训伤累积发生率为 2 8.6 % ;干预分队 5km跑累积距离为 10 5km ,军训伤累积发生率为 11.6 % ,显著低于对照分队 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :制订的综合预防措施在降低训练伤方面是有效的 。

Objective: To evaluate the role of intervened measures in military training injuries. Methods: Recruits in the army were divided into two groups: intervened group(n=1 613) and control group(n=1 559). The military doctor made diagnosis by the same standard and collected training data. Intervened measures included: ① No 5km running during the first month, the running distance increased gradually from 1 km, 2 km to 3 km, and 5km running was limited for less than 3 times of every other day in each week since the second month, ②training the cadres of the army on the field, ③developing psychological consultation and therapy, ④teaching the preventive lesson of military training injuries. Results: The incidence of military training injuries in intervened group (17.2%) was significantly lower than that in control(30.3%) after basic training(P<0.05). The incidence of military training injuries in intervened groups of the army, navy and air force decreased by 31.3%?59.6% and 38.4%,respectively(P<0.05). The cumulative distance of 5 km running in intervened group and control were 105 km and 145 km respectively, and the incidence of military training injuries in intervened group (11.6%) was significantly lower than that of control(28.6%,P<0.01). Conclusion: Intervened measures were effective in decreasing military training injuries and were worth spread in army.
