摘要
目的探讨严重烧伤后肺泡巨噬细胞吞噬功能的动态变化。方法建立30%TABSⅢ度烧伤大鼠模型后于伤后1、3、6、12、24h,通过支气管肺泡灌洗获取肺泡巨噬细胞,体外测定肺泡巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力。结果烧伤早期(1~3h)肺泡巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞功能明显增强,而6h后吞噬功能明显受抑制,24h降至最低(P<0.01)。结论烧伤后肺泡巨噬细胞早期激活然后抑制,可能与全身炎症反应综合征、多脏器功能损害发生有密切关系。
Objective To explore the dynamic changes of englobing function of alveolar macrophages(AMΦ)after severely burned.Methods Authors established a rat model with30%TABSⅢgrade burn,harvested AMΦby bronchoalveolar lavage at pastburn1,3,6,12,24h,detected englobing chicken'RBC ability of the AMΦ.Results Above the ability was significantly enhanced at early stage of burn(1-3h),while significantly inhibited after6h,and decreased lowest point at24h(P<0.01).Conclusion AMΦare activated due to burn at early stage,then inhibited,which could be closely related with the development of systemic inflammatory response syndrome and multiple organ damage.
