抗菌药物对小白鼠感染细菌的保护实验的研究

Laboratory Study on Prtection of Infected Mice Injected with Anti-bacteria Drug

目的 在感染的小白鼠体内测定药物的保护作用。 方法 注射菌液和药物于小白鼠体内 ,测定药物的保护浓度。 结果 测定 ML D10 0 ,实验菌菌液浓度要达到 10 8CFU/ml以上。 结论 此药物对 3种 11株不同细菌具有保护作用。

Objective To confirm the protective effects of the drug on infected mice in vivo. Methods To inject bacteria solution and drug into mice, the drug protecting concentration is detected.Result MLD100 of the bacteria is 10 8CFU/ml and above. Conclusion The drug can protect experiment mice from attack of three kinds eleven strains of bacteria.
