鼻病及呋嘛滴鼻剂对儿童鼻粘膜纤毛传输功能的影响

The effect of rhinopathy and 1% naristillae ephedrini hydrochloridi on children mucociliary clearance

目的 :探讨鼻病及 1%呋嘛滴鼻剂对儿童鼻粘膜纤毛传输功能的影响。方法 :任意选 5～ 10岁、11～ 16岁正常儿童各 5 9例 ,并对后者行 1%呋嘛滴鼻剂 3次 /d、2滴 /次滴鼻 ,持续 10d和停药 1月后分别进行糖精实验 ;慢性鼻炎、鼻窦炎组 6 2例也分别用糖精法测定鼻粘膜纤毛输送率。结果 :正常小龄组 (5～ 10岁 )纤毛运动速度平均为 (12 .16± 3.5 3)mm/min ;正常大龄组 (11～ 16岁 )平均为 (12 .39± 3.2 2 )mm/min ,慢性鼻炎、鼻窦炎组平均为 (8.5 9± +2 .0 8)mm/min ,与正常小龄组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;呋嘛滴鼻组平均为 (9.6 5± 2 .32 )mm/min ,与正常组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;呋嘛滴鼻组停药后与正常组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :儿童慢性鼻炎、鼻窦炎影响鼻粘膜纤毛传输功能 ;麻黄素类鼻腔粘膜局部减充血剂持续使用 10d ,对鼻腔纤毛功能造成可逆性损害。

Objective:To discuss the effect of Rhinopathy and 1% Naristillae Ephedrini Hydrochloridi on children mucociliary clearanceMethods:59 normal children of 5～10 year-old and 11～16 year-old were randomly selected.In the latter group,saccharin technique was made after ten days continuous use of 1% Naristillae Ephedrini Hydrochloridi and the same test was made one month after the medicine was stopped.In patients group (62 patients with chronic Rhinositis ), mucociliary transport rate(MTR) was measured by saccharin technique respectively.Results:Mean normal nasal MTR was (12.16±3.53)mm/min and (12.39±3.22)mm/min in groups including children of 5～10 and 11～16 years of age respectively. Mean nasal MTR in chronic Rhinositis group and 1% Naristillae Ephedrini Hydrochloridi group was (8.59±2.08) mm/min and (9.65±2.32) mm/min respectively.MTR was obviously different in chronic Rhinositis group and normal Normal children of 5～10 year-old; MTR was obviously different in 1% Naristillae Ephedrini Hydrochloridi group and normal children of 11～16 year-old group ,there are on different in group which Naristillae Ephedrini Hydrochloridi was stopped after one month and normal group.Conclusion:chronic Rhinositis make effect on children mucociliary clearance .Ten days of continuous use of local nasal decongestants as 1% Naristillae Ephedrini Hydrochloridi will cause reversible harm to MTR.[FK(WB80011?6]
