摘要
本文分析了自２０世纪９０年代初俄罗斯公布《联邦教育法》和《高等教育法》以来高等教育在校院结构、专业结构、内容和工艺方面的变化，并根据俄罗斯高等学过校长协会第６次会议的精神指出２１世纪特别是近１０年俄罗斯高等教育的历史任务。
The paper analyzes the change in the structure of colleges and universi- ties、the structure of specialized subjects、 the contents and technology craft of higher ed- ucation since the announcement of Educational Act of Federation Union and Higher Ed- ucalion Act in the early of 1990s, and according to the essence of the sixth conference of Russian Presiaents Association, points out the historic task of Russian higher education in the 21th century especially in the past of 10 years.
