摘要
本文从教师教育理论出发,探讨了国外教师教育模式的几种轮型,它们是:教师教育和培养的空间模式由以大学为本的模式向以大学为本和学校为本相结合空间模式特型;由以行为科学为基础的教师教育转变为以认知科学和质量研究、建构主义、反思性研究为基础的教师教育;教师由过去“作为技术员的教师”转变为“作为专家的教师”;教师教育的教学模式由“训练模式” 向“发展模式”转变。
The text inquires into several transformations of the models of the teacher's education abroad, such as the transition of the teacher's education and training from the university-based space model to the combination of the university-based and school bascd one; the transition from the teacher's education based on the behavioral sci- ence to one bascd on the cognition science and quality research, constructivism and re- flective research, the transition of the teachers from as a technician to as an expert, teaching transition from the disciplinary model to developmenta1 model.
