小型化工厂铅职业危害调查——附铅中毒2例报告

The Investigation of Occupational Lead Hazards in Small-Scale Chemical Plants

为了解小型化工厂铅职业危害状况 ,对3家小型化工厂进行了劳动卫生学调查和工人体检。结果空气中铅浓度范围为0.04～3.75mg/m3,最大超标倍数74倍 ,超标率75 %以上 ,其中一厂超标率为100%。3厂工人体检铅吸收、铅中毒总患病率为49.40 % ,其中一厂高达81.82%。附2例典型病例。就小型化工厂铅危害的预防提出了措施。

For understanding the hazardous situation of lead to workers and staff members in small-scale chemical plants, occupational epidemic investigation and medical examination were performed to workers in 3 small-scale chemical plants. It was found that the range of lead concentration in atmosphere was 0.04～3.7mg/ m3, maximum concentration over standard was 74 times, the ratio over standard was above 75%, the ratio over standard in one plant reached 100%. The total percentage of lead absorbs and lead poisonings of workers examined was 49.40% in these three plants, and the highest was 81.82% in one plant. Some prevention measures of lead hazard are proposed for small-scale chemical plants based on the analysis of 2 typical cases.
