化学滴定法测定羟丙基β-环糊精的平均取代度 被引量:12

摘要 在催化、加热等条件下 ,羟丙基 β 环糊精与氢碘酸反应 ,生成的丙烯及碘丙烷分子总数和羟丙基总数相等 ,而一分子碘丙烷可消耗三分子溴生成三分子碘 ,一分子丙烯则净消耗一分子溴 .据此 ,确定了一种在一般实验室中可实现的测定羟丙基 β One quantitative formula for the hydroxypropyls of hydroxypropyl β Cyclodextrin could be determined by the reaction of hydroxypropyl β cyclodextrin with HI and then Br 2 under catalyzing and heating conditions, etc.The average substitution degree of hydroxypropyl β cyclodextrin could be determined based on a chemistry titration method which could be done in an ordinary laboratory.
