回流法制备纳米氧化铁的研究

STUDY OF REGURGITNT PERPARATION OF NANO-SIZED IRON OXIDE

采用回流法制备不同形貌的纳米级氧化铁 ,讨论了氯化铁浓度、回流时间、煅烧时间等因素对颗粒形貌及尺寸的影响 ,并用XRD 。

Fe 2O 3 Nanoparticles with different shapes were prepared by refluxing method.The products were characterized by XRD and TEM.The influence conditions on the size and shapes of Fe 2O 3 particles,such as the concentration of FeCl 3,and the time of refluxing and the time of calcinte,were discussed.
