摘要
在网室和温室两种条件下观察了高温对水稻细胞质雄性不育系育性表达的影响。发现不育系在其幼穗分化阶段受到持续高温作用后,花粉育性会发生不育→可育的转变,并能部分自交结实,在一定的范围内,温度越高,持续的时间越长,不育系产生的可育花粉就越多。恢复了的可育性能够传递。
In the observation of the pollen fertility of MS lines under different climatic conditions, we found that the pollen tertility of Zhen- Shan.97 A and Xie-Qin-Zao A both could change from sterile type.to fertile one. by the induction of high temperature (dally mean temperature 'over 30℃ ) at the. head differentiation stage. The fertility transformation of MS line induced by high temperature seems to be accumulative, that is , the higher and longer duration the temperature, the more the fertile pollens. The transformed fertility can inherit from generation to generation.
