摘要
利用现有粳稻恢复系与其它粳稻品种配组，将其Ｆ１进行花药培养，出愈率平均达２２．２％，绿苗诱导率达９．８９％，能较快地选育出性状好的新恢复系。
The existing restorer lines in japonica rice are used to make combinations with the japonica rice varieties and their FI is exploited to conduct anther culture. Tile mean percentage of caoduced may reach 22.2% and the percentage of green seedlings induced is as high as 9.89%. Thus new restorer lines with good characters may be selected from them rapidly.
