摘要
目的建立简便、灵敏的分光光度法高选择性测定血清钙。方法在强碱性介质中,用偶氮氯膦-mA(CPA-mA)作显色剂测定血清钙。结果该法线性范围0~4.00mmol/L,平均回收率为99.8%,批内变异系数(CV)和批间变异系数分别为0.015与0.021,与甲基百里香酚蓝(MTB)法具有良好的相关性,Y=0.9598X+0.0787,r=0.9858,P>0.05。120例健康人血清钙含量为2.10~2.58mmol.L-1(x±2s)。结论偶氮氯膦-mA(CPA-mA)分光光度法高选择性测定血清钙方法简便、灵敏可靠,适合临床应用。
Objective To establish a simple,sensitive spectrophotometric method of highly selective determination of calcium in serum.Methods The determination of serum calcium was performed with CPA-mA in strong alkaline medium.Results The method was liner in the range of0~4.00mmol/L,the average rate of recovery was99.8%,the within-run and between-run CV were0.015and0.021respectively.Compar-ing this method(Y)with MTB method(X),we obtained the regression equation.Y=0.9598X+0.0787,r=0.9858,P>0.05.The reference interval(x±2s)was2.10~2.58mmol.L -1 (n=120).Con clusions CPA-mA spectrophotometry is a simple,sensitive,highly selective and suitable for clinical application.
