摘要
目的 研究酵母粉对果蝇繁殖力和生长发育的影响。方法 采用OregonK野生型黑腹果蝇 ,在培养基中掺入 0 ,0 .6 4% ,1.2 7%和 1.90 %浓度的酵母粉 ,观察果蝇幼虫的生长发育和成蝇体重变化 ,记录各组果蝇的F1蛹数。结果 随着酵母粉含量的增加 ,F1蛹数和成蝇体重均增加 ,卵发育成蛹经历时间缩短 ;雌蝇的生育高峰提前 ,高峰持续时间和整个生育期均延长。结论 在本实验浓度下 ,酵母粉可以促进果蝇的生长发育 。
Objective To investigate the effects of yeast on reproductivity and growth of Drosophila melanogaster.Methods Newly eclosed flies were divided randomly into 4 groups and raised under four yeast concentrations in their food. The numbers of pupas in the first filial generation (F 1) were recorded daily. The variations of the adult body weight and the larval growth were also observed.Results It showed that the numbers of F1 pupas were obviously increased and the appearance of reproductivity peak was advanced with the increase of yeast in the medium. The adult body weights of all yeast groups were higher than that in 0- yeast group.Conclusion According to these results, it is suggested that yeast may significantly promote the larval growth and the reproductivity of the adults.
