对不同贮藏方式和贮藏时间的威优６号种子进行生活力测定和同工酶分析。在含水量低于１１％时，贮藏２年后发芽率仍在９０％以上，经密封干燥的种子４年后发芽率仍有９２％。随着种子发芽指数的降低，过氧化物酶、酯酶和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶谱带数及水溶性蛋白电泳谱带数减少，染色变浅，表明有蛋白质的损伤和降解发生。湿平衡处理种子能使上述指标明显提高。

The seeds of Wei-You 6 stored under different conditions were used to determine their vitality and analyse their isoenzymes. When the moisture content in seeds was lower than 11%, their germination rate was still over 90%. though they had been stored for 2 years. If the seeds were stored for 4 years under sealed and dry conditions. their germination rate remained at 92% level. with, the decrease in germination index of seeds. the number of isoenzyme bands of lipase, peroxidase and cytochrome oxidase as well as the number of water-soluble protein electrophoresis bands were reduced. and the staining colour became lighter, indicating that there occured injury and catabolism to protein. If moisture balance treatment was done. the above indexes might be increased.
