摘要
南水北调西线工程的可调水量、工程方案和受水区供水 ,是三个主要工作内容 ,也是三个关键技术问题。确定可调水量的一个基本点 ,就是坚持水资源可持续利用的原则 ,优先考虑调水区远景年的实际需水量 ,剩余的水量再考虑外调。第一期工程方案的关键技术就是如何开凿深埋长隧洞 ,掘进机的采用使得这一问题得到解决。供水对象优先考虑生态用水 ,然后是城镇用水和工业用水 ,最后是农业用水。可调水量分析和供水对象、供水范围分析 ,都融入了保护和改善生态环境的内容 ,这说明生态环境建设在西线调水中占据着重要地位 ,也表明研究调水工程在观念和思路上的转变。
The available water for regulation, an engineering plan and water supply to the supplied area are the three major contents of the west route works of Water Transfer Project from South to North and also three key technical issues. To determine a basic point for adjustable water is to adhere to the principle of sustainable utilization of water resources, give priority to the consideration of actual water demand of the regulated area of a long-range year and consider the surplus water to be regulated to outside regions. The key technology of the first stage project is how to dig tunnels and this is to be solved by adopting excavators. The first object for water supply is ecology, then domestic and industrial use, finally agriculture. The analysis of available water for regulation, objects of water supply and supplied region all have been put into the contents of protection and improvement of ecological environment. This is shown that the ecological environment has held an important position in the west route works of Water Transfer Project from South to North and also shown the changes of ideology and concepts in water transfer projects.
