摘要
综合近年对水稻细胞质雄性不育机理的研究,尚未发现不育系和保持系间在叶绿体基因组及其翻译产物上存在明显的差异,而线粒体基因组及其翻译产物则差异显著。线粒体中质粒样DNA在不育系和保持系间存在特异分布;线粒体QNA、Cob、atpA基因在两者间也存在拷贝数和结构差异。这些差异可能与雄性不育有关,在不育系细胞质中还发现一类双链RNA的存在。
Recent studies on mechanism of cytoplasmic male sterility of rice have showed that no clear difference is found in the chloroplast benome and its translated products bet ween A lines and B lines, but their mitochodrial genome and its translated products differ greatly.The distribution of plasmid-like DNA of mitochondria in A Imes is different from that in B fines, and the copy number and structure of Cob. atpb and atp A genes of mitochondrial DNA are also different between A and B lines .Perhaps, these differences are related to male sterility .In addition. double-stranded RNA is found in the cytoplasm of A lines.
