套袋对水稻结实和种子发育影响研究

通过不同套袋处理方式比较表明:(1)采用牛皮纸和羊皮纸套袋,都显著降低自交结实率,因而不宜直接作为水稻育性鉴定指标。但可通过回归方程由套袋自交结实率求出相应的自然结实率,作为育性指标。(2)在剪颖袋套处理中,套牛皮纸袋的种子,明显地较套羊皮纸袋的发育好。(3)剪颖的种子全部去壳后,较未去壳者提高发芽率。

The compare of bagging effect on seed. fertility and development was conducted. The results show: 1 ) Bagging with whether kraft bag or parchment bag can reduce seed fertility significantly. The ratiolof bagged seed-set, therefore, can not be used as an index for identifying fertility directly.The natural seed fertility, however, ban be calculated through the repression equation from the ratio of bagged seed-set. 2 ) After cut off part of every flume, the seeds in kraft bag are better developed than those in parchment bag. It is suggested that kraft be used to make cross bag. 3 ) TIt ratio of seed germination can be. increased after husking.
