摘要
适时地引入QFII制度 ,是加入世贸组织后我国证券市场逐步对外开放的现实选择。本文借鉴了台湾地区实施QFII制度的成功经验 ,并对我国引入QFII制度的效应进行了系统分析 ,最后提出相应的对策建议。
Introducing the QFII system in due course is a realistic choice in progressively opening the Chinese securities market to the outside world after China's entry into the WTO. This paper draws on the experience of Taiwan in implementing the QFII system, presents a systematic analysis of the effect on China of introducing the QFII system, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
