摘要
本文认为,第三方物流的实质是物流经营者借助现代信息技术,在约定的时间空间位置按约定的价格向委托方提供约定的个性化、专业化、系列化服务。我国第三方物流的发展空间极大,其发展策略是:首先,要转变观念,即第三方物流是物流需求企业的战略联盟者、战略投资人和风险承担者;其次,政府要从政策上予以支持;再次,第三方物流企业要强化服务的个性化和功能的专业化,加速信息网络化的建设。
This article maintains that the essence of TPL is that logistics operators offering specialized and systemati-cal service to principals in appointed time and location at agreed price.There is a great potential for China's TPL de-velopment.The development strategies include:First,recognizing that TPL plays the roles of customers' strategic alliance,strategic investor and risk taker.Second,governments should give policy supports.Third,TPL enterprises should strength-en the specialty in offering service and speed up the construction of information and internet infrastructure.
