On Planning and Operation of Distribution Industry in Urban Area

本文认为,店铺选址对零售商业经营具有重要意义,而店铺选址只能在城市商业规划的约束下进行,因此,城市商业规划对零售商业经营具有长期影响。本文通过国际比较论述了城市商业规划与商业经营的关系,提出城市商业规划既要遵循商业集聚与经济合理性原则,同时还要考虑到城市规划原则,实现城市功能的活力与多样化。文章还探讨了我国城市商业规划的现状及发展方向。

This article maintains that stores allocation has important effect on the operation of retailing industry,and stores allocation is restrained by urban commercial planing.Therefore,urban commercial planing has long term effect on operation of retailing industry.Through international comparison,this article discusses the relation between commercial planing and operation of retailing industry,and points out that the urban commercial planning should follow principles of commercial concentration and economic rationalization,and should take urban planning principles into account,so as to realize the vitality and variety of city function.This article also analyses the current situation and development direction of China's urban commercial planning.
