摘要
本文认为,AUDIT作为发达国家为保证产品质量而普遍采用的先进的质量管理控制方法,其特点是企业的质量评审是站在用户的角度上对产品质量进行评价。其核心思想是以用户为中心,以买方市场为立足点,以产品质量为根本,去适应市场,占领市场,它体现了质量观念的转变。推行AUDIT是提高我国企业竞争力和产品质量的客观要求。文章还对我国推行AUDIT提出了几点建议。
This article maintains that AUDIT is an advanced quality control method widely applied in developed countries.The characteristic of AUDIT is to asses products quality in the view of customers.The key principles of AU-DIT are taking customers as the center,taking buyers' market as the foothold,and taking product quality as of basic im-portance,so as to fit and capture the market.AUDIT means the changing of quality ideology.Carrying out AUDIT is the objective demand of enhancing Chinese enterprises' competitive power and improving Chinese products quality.The article also puts forward several suggestions on carrying out AUDIT in China.
