摘要
我国物流产业作为当今世界方兴未艾的流通服务业,正朝着国际化、全球化方向发展。顾客服务是其生命力的所在,是实施物流战略的关键。本文通过详述顾客服务在物流服务中的地位,并引入增值服务的概念,提出要促进物流产业的发展,必须增强顾客服务意识。
Commodity Current Industry is developing in the direct to internationalization and globlity as a burgeoning circulation service industry in the world at present. Customer service is the life force of Commodity Current Industry and the key of actualizing Commodity Current stratagem. It is reported that we must accelerate the development of Commodity Current Industry and strengthen the consciousness of customer service by reciting the status of customer service in Commodity Current service and importing the notion of increment service in this article.
