摘要
本文重点介绍了国家气象中心实施减灾战略之一的一项重要基础业务一,全球气候监测业务系统。同时指出加强多学科监测的合作研究是加速认识气候变化规律的重要途径。
The Paper focuses on introduction of the vocational work of global climate monitoring system, which is a major basic vocational work in the strategies of the meteorological center of state in order to carry out disaster reduction. It is also pointed out that reinforcing the cooperation research with multi-subject monitoring is a key way to speed up the realization to climatic change law.
