摘要
本文指出当前在灾害研究中对承灾体考察研究重视不够的偏向;进而论述了加强承灾体的研究对制定减灾对策、提高减灾活动的社会经济效益的重要性和必要性。
The paper pointed out the erroneous tendency that bering disaster object is not paied enough attention in the present disaster study. Furthermore the importance and necessary of enhancing the study on bearing disaster object for making measure of disaster reduction and improving the social economic beneficial effect of disaster reduction activity have been expounded.
