摘要
当前 ,我国基础教育的培养目标是“人才”而不是“公民” ,这种目标定位上的偏离是导致基础教育病端丛生的一个重要根源。基础教育要步入正轨 。
At present, the aim of the elementary education in our country focuses on fostering 'individuals', instead of 'citizens'. This aberrant position of the aim is a main source of many problems in our elementary education. The elementary education may come back on its right track by aiming at cultivating citizens.
