课程实施是课程改革的关键环节。通过对课程实施过程中问题与障碍的考察 ,透视课程实施的成效 ,是当前教育理论工作者与实践工作者的当务之急。本研究运用质化与量化两种研究的方法 ,通过对全国十个实验区的调查分析 ,提出当前课程改革的突出问题 :课程实施资源的严重缺乏 ;考试改革的滞后 ;

Implementation of curriculum is a key link in the curriculum reform. The urgent matter educational theorists and practitioners face now is to learn the effect of implementation of curriculum by investigating the problems and obstacles in the implementation. By making a survey and analysis of ten experimental regions in the country with the qualitative and quantitative methods, this paper proposes several protruding problems in the current curriculum reform: serious lack of resources for the implementation of curriculum, backward examination reform and different kinds of stress teachers face.
