非英语专业口译教学探讨

On Non-English Major Interpretation Teaching

目前，口译课的开设及口译人才培养只局限于外语院校和大专院校的外语专业，但随着中国加入WTO及国际间合作的不断深化，对专业知识的要求日益增加，亟需既有相当的专业知识，又具有口译技能的人才，本文拟从非英语专业口译教学的必要性，可行性和具体对策三个层面开探讨新世纪高校的口译人才培养。

At present, the interpretation course is only offered for undergraduates in foreign languages schools and colleges. However, with the entry of WTO deepening international cooperation and the increasing demand for the specialized knowledge, it is urgent to cultivate those who have both specialty and interpretation skills. This paper probes the training of interpreters from non English major undergraduates from its necessity, possibility and corresponding approaches.
