网络已经对传统道德造成多种冲击 ,网络道德建设应当着眼于做好两方面的基础性工作。通过加强网络道德规范建设 ,实现自律与他律相结合 ,从而规范人们的网络行为 ;通过各种途径 。

Network having caused diversified attacks to traditional ethics,the cultivation of network ethics ought to be aimed at doing well two aspects of basic work.By means of enhancing network ethics standard education and realizing the combination of self restraining and other restraining,thus we can standardize people's network behaviour.By all avenues,we should launch the propaganda and education of network ethics.
