胶胞炭疽菌DNA的PCR特异性扩增 被引量:4

摘要 利用1对胶胞炭疽菌特异寡聚核苷酸引物,对21个来自于橡胶树、芒果树的胶胞炭疽菌菌株的全基因组DNA进行扩增,均扩增到约500bp的DNA片段,而芭蕉炭疽菌、辣椒炭疽菌、菜豆炭疽菌、腐霉菌、镰刀菌则不能被扩增。这表明,通过种间DNA特异片段的PCR扩增,能将胶胞炭疽菌与其他炭疽菌种类区别开来。采用该方法鉴别胶胞炭疽菌,其结果与形态鉴别的相吻合。 The species-specific C.gloeosporioides primers were amplified to detect an approxi-mate500bp fragment from total genomic DNA of21rubber and mango tree isolates,but not from DNA of C.musae,C.capsici,C.lindemuthianum,Pythi um vex ans,Fusarium oxysporum isolates.This showed PCR am plification method using species-specific primers of C.gloeosporioides could distinguish C.gloeosporioides from oth er Colletotrichum species.The results of identify ing Colletotrichum gloeosporioides using PCR am plifica tion method were the same as morphology method.
