加快燃料电池产业化进程的建议

Suggestions on the commercialization of fuel cells

燃料电池经过 10 0多年的发展 ,世界各国都已在燃料电池的规模化生产和实际应用等方面取得了一些成果。但是 ,目前燃料电池的成本太高 ,没有商品化价值 ,从而阻碍其产业化发展。对燃料电池产业化的问题提出了一些看法和建议 ,认为降低成本是燃料电池可能商品化的主要条件 ,而降低成本的关键是材料和成型工艺。以质子交换膜燃料电池为例 ,必须通过减少用量或发现新材料而取代目前使用的催化剂、离子交换膜和双极板 ,才能大幅度降低电池的价格。由于燃料电池是一个系统工程 ,提出协同作战、联合攻关的思路 。

Mass production and wide application of fuel cells have been the aim for the countries around the world after more than one hundred years development.High cost,however,limits the commercialization of fuel cells so far.This article gives personal opinions and suggestions on the commercialization of fuel cells.The main issue for the successful application of fuel cell is to lower the cost by developing new,low cost materials and improving assembly technology.The price of proton exchange membrane fuel cell,for example,could be lowing down by developing new catalyst,solid polymer electrolyte and bipolar plate.The technical problems could be solved,provided researchers,enterprises and government officials work together.
