摘要 采用聚酰胺薄膜色谱法鉴别荔大前合剂中荔枝草,展开剂为甲醇-乙酸-水(65:15:20)。用高效液相色谱法测定,以ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为分析柱,甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(45:55)为流动相;检测波长为335nm柱温45℃,用面积外标法。结果表明,根据聚酰胺薄膜色谱图可鉴定制剂中荔枝草。当高车前苷在3.36×10^(-3)~0.215μg范围内呈线性。平均回收率为98.8%,RSD为2.14%。 AIM Common sage herb was identified in lidaqian mixture using polyacetamide thin film chromatography. Developing solvent was a mixture of methanol, acetic acid and water (65 : 15 : 20). HPLC was used for determining homoplantaginin in lidaqian mixture. Chromatographic conditions were as follows; analytical column of ODS (250 mm · 4. 6 mm 5 μm) , mobile phase of methanol-0. 1 mol ·L-1, pH 3. 5 phosphate buffer(45 : 55), column temperature at 45℃, and detective wavelength at 335 nm. The external standard method was used. The results showed that common sage herb could be identified using polyacetamide thin film chromatogram, calibration curve of HPLC method was linear within the range of 3. 36× 10-3-0. 215 μg, the average recovery was 98. 8%, and the RSD was 2. 14%(n = 9).
