常用全子宫切除术的术式及其选择 被引量：18

摘要 有关子宫切除术式选择的指征尚无统一意见。阴式全子宫切除术(TVH)具有创伤小、恢复快、术后疼痛轻和经济等优点,可作为全身情况较差或特别肥胖者的首选术式。腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术(LAVH)的手术指征与腹式全子宫切除术(TAH)相同,LAVH具有TVH的多数优点,但费用较贵。TAH则有良好的手术视野,操作方便,易进行快速止血,当TVH或LAVH无法完成时,应及时改行TAH。
