E-钙粘素及其相关蛋白在卵巢癌中的研究进展
摘要
细胞粘附与肿瘤关系密切,粘附功能的丧失有利于癌细胞从原发灶脱离,从而发生浸润和转移;在转移灶,癌细胞又通过细胞粘附作用附着于相应的组织器官。钙粘素是最主要的细胞粘附分子,研究其与卵巢癌的关系意义重大。
