摘要
目的了解低钾性麻痹及其特殊表现。方法对 32例低钾性麻痹患者的临床表现进行回顾性分析。结果发现本组病例除具有本症的典型表现外 ,部分病例表现特殊 ,表现为病毒感染后低钾性麻痹、桑拿嫖娼后发病、腱反射活跃、伴意识和感觉障碍。结论探讨了上述特殊表现的机制 ,认为必须注意低钾性麻痹的特殊表现 ,以免延误诊治。
Objective To study the hypakalemic paralysis and especial clinical manifestation. Methods A retrospective analysis of 30 cases with hypokalemic paralysis were performed. Results The especial clinical manifestation were found in part of the cases besides typical manifestation. They were happen after viral infection and whored while steam bath with musculotendinous hyperreflexia, hypesthesia and somnolence. Conclusion We suggest that must pay attention to the especial clinical manifestation for avoid error of diagnosis and treatment.
