临床病区全面开展整体护理的调查分析

Analysis of Application of Integrate Nursing Plan on ln-patients

目的 进行临床病区整体护理的前期调查分析 ,拟在全院铺开整体护理工作。方法 将与护理工作有关的 17项内容设计问卷 ,对 8个模式病房 (观察组 )和 5个功能制病房 (对照组 )的住院病人随机进行问卷调查 ,并将有关数据进行统计学处理。结果 观察组在入院介绍、健康教育、护理服务质量方面明显优于对照组。结论 临床病区全面推广整体护理有它的科学性。

Objective To apply and spread integrate nursing plan formally on whole inpatients of the hospital, analyze the results of integrate nursing experiments acquired in advance. Methods Survey were made on inpatients with questionnaire including 17 items of nursing duty. All patients were in 8 model wards (observation group) and 5 function control wards (contrast group), the final results were dealed with statistics. Results The effect of observation group is obviously better than function control group at admission introduction, health education and nursing quality. Conclusions It is available and feasible to carry out general nursing plan on whole inpatients in the hospital.
