This paper gives optimum synthesis examples of RC active filter of two\|order?three\|order based on Butterworth transfer function. They have simple circuit, determinable network parameter, convenient test, clear analytic formula of cut\|off frequency and good precision. Their circuits and design methods have good reference value in the fields of signal\|processing?communication and engineering\|testing.
