一类大截面导线的结构合理性分析

Analysis on the Structure Reasonableness forA Kind of Large Cross-section Conductor

研究、分析了LGJQT - 140 0导线的结构 ,研究结果表明 :现已生产应用的此类导线其结构具有既浪费材料 ,又降低力学性能 ,且有加剧导线股线滑移之嫌的特点。为使此类导线结构趋于合理 ,又给出了一种合理的导线结构 ,此结构不仅节省材料 ,而且机械性能好 ,对导线加工生产、设计具有一定参考价值。

The structure of the conductor LGJQT-1400 is researched and analysed,the result shows that,of such conductors produced and used its structure not only wastes the materials but also reduces the machanics performance,and has the shortcoming of suspicion about intensifying the sliding movement between the strands of conductor.For the sake of reasonableness of such conductor structure,a reasonable conductor structure is put forward,which not only saves the materials but also has well mechanical performance;it has certain reference value for the design,manufacturing and production of conductors.
