摘要
文章从客户的心理角度 ,分析了客户心理因素与电力市场营销的关系。并指出目前电网企业存在的几种不正确的市场营销观念以及如何建立适应客户心理的市场营销策略。
Based on the customer's mentality,the paper analyses the relationship between customer's mentality and electric power marketing,and indicates some misunderstanding concept on electric power marketing,and also the paper proposes how to build the correct marketing measures which adapts to the customer's mentality.
