摘要
针对中储式制粉系统的实际情况和球磨机系统的特点,提出一种稳态监控优化方法。通过在线自适应模型辨识以求取系统的稳态增益,进而改变运行工况点、变设定值运行以提高制粉系统的出力,达到卡边控制和优化运行的目的,这对于系统经济运行具有重要的实际意义。
In view of the properties of ball type coal pulverizer system the steady optimization control strategy is put forward. System steady gain is obtained by adaptive model identification and the new steady gain is used to optimize the set-value of the system. The bounder control and the optimal running can be realized.
